Choose a more personalized, holistic approach to healing with acupuncture care centered

  • This session is ideal for anyone seeking a non-invasive, needle-free alternative to traditional acupuncture while still benefiting from the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Experience a holistic, needle-free approach to healing and wellness with a session combining cupping or gua sha, acupressure, and ear seeds. Each modality works together to relieve tension, improve circulation, and restore balance.

Cupping – Gentle suction on the skin stimulates circulation, eases muscle tension, and helps release stagnation for pain relief and overall relaxation.

Acupressure – Targeted pressure on key points supports energy flow, reduces stress, and promotes natural healing without needles.

Auricular (Ear) Seeds – Tiny adhesive seed-pellets are applied to ear points to provide continuous stimulation to support specific health concerns, from stress and digestion to pain management.

  • A natural, non-invasive treatment that uses targeted acupuncture points to support collagen production, improve circulation, and enhance skin tone and elasticity. It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, and dullness while promoting overall skin health and a refreshed, radiant complexion.

Facial acupuncture goes beyond the surface by addressing the body as a whole. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the health and appearance of the skin reflect internal balance, circulation, and organ function.

Body acupuncture points are used to improve overall circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support underlying systems that influence the skin—such as digestion, stress response, and hormonal balance. By treating both the face and body, facial acupuncture promotes longer-lasting, more holistic results.

  • A minimally invasive treatment that uses fine needles to create tiny micro-channels in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production.

Microneedling helps improve skin texture and tone, reduce fine lines and acne scars, minimize pores, and enhance overall radiance—resulting in smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Does acupuncture hurt?
Most people feel little to no pain. The needles are extremely thin, and sensations are typically mild—such as a slight tingling, warmth, or heaviness. Many people relax during treatment and may even doze.

Needles are gently placed and left in for about 20–30 minutes while you relax. Please feel free to bring headphones to listen to your music or meditations of choice during your treatment.
